4. Company Profiles & Claiming

One Bison creates public profiles for businesses using publicly available information. Owners may claim their profile to manage it. Unclaimed profiles remain visible. 5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, excluding usersubmitted content, is owned by One Bison or its licensors.

7. License

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information about companies may be inaccurate or out of date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Bison shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold One Bison harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
