Rock Stream Vineyards is a boutique winery and distillery located on the west side of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes. Founded in 2005 by retired Army Lt. Col. Dr. Mark Karasz, they offer award-winning wines, Grappa, and brandy. The vineyard spans 20 acres, growing high-quality grapes for classic and unique blends. As the first licensed Grappa distillery on Seneca Lake, they also craft small-batch liqueurs and ports. Visitors can enjoy tastings of wines, spirits, and local craft beers in a welcoming atmosphere.
