We started Carnivore Snax in 2020 because I couldn't find a portable, shelf-stable meat snack to support my carnivore lifestyle - a diet that helped heal my own health issues. Together with co-founder Mark Ritz, I turned that need into a product: crispy meat chips made from just two ingredients, meat and salt.
